The grading of Sargol saffron is based on the size of the stigmas and the amount of broken saffron, so our Sargol saffron is classified into 2 groups: Sargol saffron (excellent) first grade: This type includes healthy saffron stigmas, whose broken stigmas are normal. This saffron is of high quality. Sergol saffron (excellent) second grade: In this type, along with healthy stigmas, there is also a part of broken saffron stigmas. The appearance quality of this saffron is lower than first grade Sargol. In the second grade flower, the size of the stigmas is medium to small and has some broken stigmas. Our Sargol saffron is classified into 2 groups: This type contains healthy saffron stigmas without broken particles and has the highest quality. Sargol saffron second grade Arnika A2: In this type, along with healthy stigmas, there is also a part of broken saffron stigmas.
