Description
Poshal Arnica saffron This type of saffron includes red stigmas of saffron along with part of the cream (3 to 5 mm). Pushal saffron is produced at the beginning of the harvest season. Due to the fact that there is a part of the cream with the saffron stigmas, the flower residue is higher in this type and is about 5-10% by weight. On average, from 101 kg of saffron flowers, about 1 kg of Pushal saffron is obtained. Pushal saffron with a long cream attached to it is known as Mancha in Spain. We offer saffron saffron to our customers in 3 grades: first grade saffron: this type of saffron has the best quality and the amount of cream attached to the stigma is normal. The stigmas are thick and straight and usually all three stigmas are connected. Second grade pushal: In this grade, the quality of saffron is lower than first grade pushal and broken or weak stigmas are usually seen in it. Grade 3 poshal: The amount of cream attached to the stigmas in this group is more than grade 2 and 1, and it has a lower color number than the previous two types.
